  • 0xC004FC03 Error Code – When the system is not connected to internet; and firewall settings stop the activation process to complete. Ensure constant internet connectivity and also check whether the firewall is blocking MS Windows from getting activated. 
  • 0xC004C020 Error – The error comes when a particular Volume License is used on multiple systems than the Terms of the License allow. Try using some other product key for activating the system.
  • 0xC004E003 Error Code: If you installed some 3rd-party tool, it might have changed your system files and this hinders the activation process. For this, you have to restore the system files back to the previous point. While you restore, the 3rd-party tool that you had installed will be removed.
  • Error 0x80004005 - This is an 'Unspecified error.' Go to Start > then Settings > then Update & security > then Activation > here, select ‘Activate Windows to manually perform the Windows activation’. If this does not work well, restart the PC and then again perform the process of activation.
